Chicken drumsticks wrapped with streaky bacon and coated with Tuscan seasoning. Then cooked slowly on the Ozpig rotisserie over charcoal heat beads and hickory chips were added for smokey flavour.To be honest due to an early start the next morning It needed another half hour or so cooking time, but nothing a microwave couldn't fix up. Only my second attempt on cooking with this. Will change the coal brand next time.
